Through this venture, he discovered some of the best innovations came from combining several innovative products to develop best in class systems. Realising those systems needed independent resources and drive, Build Anatomy (previously known as Trade Supply) was created to take solutions like SoundDown™ acoustic floors to the market.

Passionate about fixing the problems that plague the construction industry, Tim is driven to find sustainable and innovative solutions. Under Tim's focused leadership, both Build Anatomy Limited and High Performer Building are serving as beacons of inspiration in the construction world.

Warren has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a particular focus on Mass Timber. Warren's journey reflects a deep commitment to driving positive change and sustainability within the sector and has led him all over New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.

Warren was a pioneer of Mass Timber in New Zealand and his dedication to this building methodology paved the way for the successful completion of over 150 Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) projects during his tenure at XLAM and Red Stag.

With a diverse and inspiring track record, Warren Trethewey continues to lead Build Anatomy's sales efforts, driving growth, and cementing the company's position as a trailblazer in the realm of sustainable and innovative construction solutions.

James brings a broad range of skills and experiences that are very helpful in this dynamic team. From project management and co-ordination to logistics and inventory management. James diligently keeps a close eye on all our projects making sure everything runs like clockwork. With Prince 2 Project Management Foundation backing up his Double Major Business Degree in Information Systems and Management, we're grateful to have a mind like James at the table.

Lexi's passion for continuous improvement and her ability to cultivate productivity out of chaos makes her instrumental in delivering innovative concepts into the fast-paced construction industry. Her strategic acumen, combined with a relentless pursuit of excellence along with her ability to get stuff done makes her an invaluable member of the team.

With over 30 years of experience in senior roles at BNZ, NAB London, and ANZ, Gordon has extensive knowledge of corporate finance and restructuring businesses.

He works to enhance strategy, governance oversight, risk management, financial reporting, understanding, and forecasting for numerous SMEs. Gordon provides the Build Anatomy team with sound advice and oversight in all things financial. In a separate venture (Chaperon), Gordon helps customers through refinancing and communicating their journey, and oversees regular reporting to the bank.

Lester has spent his entire working life leading the New Zealand construction Industry towards higher quality building. Founding Construction Marketing Services in 1985, Lester spent 30 years updating and educating the industry on the latest product knowledge and driving improvement through initiatives like Future Proof Building and Living Home Expo's. Now waving the High Performer Building flag, Lester continues to work with his lifetime of relationships to influence the decision makers in the construction process.

With a long established record of multiple successful businesses in a wide range of industries, Kent brings unmatched experience and understanding of the business world. With a relentless drive for success both in boardrooms and on the race circuit, he's a unique blend of business acumen and adrenaline-fueled passion.
