The Tauranga City Council Office by Willis Bond is going to be the largest mass timber structure in New Zealand.
We connected directly with the client as they were looking for cost savings across the building. Our SoundDown PAB system provided a value-engineered solution that provided custom dimensions while maintaining the performance of our standard solution and significantly contributing to cost savings.
They also needed an aftermarket end grain protection solution for CLT joints, end grains and penetrations, Fortitude 150 met this specification at a very cost-effective price point.
